Dishes are prepared only with the freshest of ingredients and follow typical recipes that have been handed down for many generations. Each fun and informative cooking course lasts approximately 3 to 5 hours depending on the option chosen, and of course, you'll receive the recipes of the dishes you have learned to prepare so you can impress friends & family back home with your newly learned skills. Choose from a Pizza & Gnocchi making lesson, a 3-course or 4-course cooking class. Three-course menus are typically composed of fresh pasta, a main course of fish or meat and a dessert, while the four-course menus also include an antipasto. Each class is followed by lunch or dinner where you can relax with a glass of Italian Prosecco and then enjoy the fruit of your labour, accompanied by wine and mineral water. Cooking classes are available in the morning or afternoon.
