Day 1: Arrive at Costa del Sol
Upon arrival at the Costa del Sol transfer independently to your selected hotel. Alternatively you can also book an optional transfer from Malaga airport, bus or railway station. Check-in and spend the remainder of the day at leisure to relax or start exploring Spain's sunny coast on your own.
Day 2: Gibraltar
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Today travel along the beautiful Costa del Sol route toward Gibraltar, the small British overseas territory on the southern end of the Iberian Peninsula and dominated by the impressive Rock of Gibraltar. Reaching the town of Linea de la Conception, we cross the border into Gibraltar, where you will have plenty of free time to explore and browse for duty free shopping opportunities on Calle Real. Gibraltar's main arterial street and prominent commercial & shopping district, Calle Real is lined with buildings displaying a blend of Genovese, Portuguese, Andalusian, Moorish & British Regency styles, featuring a great variety of shops, pubs and hotels. At the agreed time, return along the same route. (B)
Day 3: Granada
Breakfast at your hotel before departing on a fascinating full-day tour to the beautiful city of Granada. Enjoy a panoramic tour highlighting the city’s most important historic & cultural attractions and visit Spain’s most famous Unesco World Heritage sites, the Generalife Gardens and the Alhambra Palaces. Featuring exquisite Moorish architecture, the Alhambra is considered one among the most stunning architectural monuments. There will be free time for lunch and to explore Granada at leisure before returning to the Costa del Sol. (B)
Day 4: Depart the Costa del Sol
Today marks the end of your Costa del Sol City Break. Enjoy breakfast at you hotel and make your way to the airport or railway station. Or ask your Travel Agent about extending your stay with additional hotel nights at the Costa del Sol or other Spanish destinations. (B)
